Ex-Premier League star is now a boxer and about to fight ‘UK’s hardest man’

Former Premier League defender James Collins is set to make his boxing debut on October 10 at London's Copper Box Arena. The 43-year-old former Wales international has joined the undercard of the upcoming Misfits Boxing event headlined by Joey Essex and Dapper Laughs. Collins will face social media content creator Big Stacks, who previously defeated Jordan McCann.

Collins enters the matchup as a replacement for former Apprentice star Thomas Skinner, who withdrew from the contest for undisclosed reasons. The former West Ham and Aston Villa center-back retired from soccer in 2019 after earning 51 caps for Wales.
